Our Quality Control Process

1. Incoming Inspection

  • Before production begins, we inspect all sourced materials, including:
  • Raw materials: PP/LDPE granules, master batches, Juki yarn, document pockets, rubber stereo, felt, B-lock/rope lock, wooden pallets, ink, and more.

2. In-Process Inspection

  • Every stage of production is carefully monitored for precision and consistency:
  • Extrusion: Denier, strength, width, and elongation of tapes.
  • Weaving: Fabric width, mesh, texture, GSM, color coding, breaking strength, and elongation.
  • Needle Loom: Width, strength, and weight per meter of webbing.
  • Lamination: Bonding quality and thickness.
  • Cutting: Weight, cut length, and width of fabric and loops.
  • Stitching & Finishing:
    • Precise stitching, attachment, and component fixation.
    • Each production order begins only after the first sample is approved.
    • Bags undergo thorough visual inspections for appearance and contamination.

3. Final Inspection

  • Overseen by our QA in-charge to ensure strict compliance with customer requirements.
  • Any deviations result in segregation, correction, and re-inspection before dispatch.

Built-in Strength & Durability

  • Load Testing: Every first bag and randomly selected bags from each lot undergo rigorous load testing at our in-house Load Test Rig.
  • UV Protection: To enhance durability, all FIBCs and raw materials are UV-treated for resistance against prolonged exposure.
  • Hot Air Fusion: All loose ends are fused with a hot air gun to ensure superior finishing.
  • Inspection: FIBCs undergo inspection on light tables, both inside and outside.
  • Contamination Free: Clean Grade FIBCs are air-washed using advanced cleaning machines.
